Fall Portrait Giveaway Winner Selection Process

1. Extract and compile the list of all eligible email addresses.
2. Assign a random number to each email address using the Excel formula:=RANDBETWEEN(1,100)
3. Sort the entries in ascending order based on the assigned random numbers.
4. The first three entries in the sorted list will be declared the winners of the Fall Portrait Giveaway.
5. In the event of duplicate random numbers, the list order after sorting will determine the winners. If a tie affects the winner selection boundary (for example, the 3rd and 4th entries have the same random number), the random numbers will be regenerated, or an alternative tie-breaker method will be applied to ensure a fair and final selection of the winners.
